Having never had a novated lease previously, Mitch Taylor from NLA, made the process very easy and was incredibly helpful.
I had to wait for over two months for delivery advice from Tesla but within 24 hours of receiving a delivery date all the paper work was completed, and payment made.

I have been working on getting a lease…

I have been working on getting a lease for the last year, but it has been a process to get here due to personal circumstances. However Jana Mason has been helping me the whole way. I must have sent her more than a dozen requests for quotes and she has responded each time with never a complaint and the hugest amount of patience with me! She has been absolutely amazing, especially when having to deal with sourcing paperwork from the dealer and following everything through to the finish. I can not recommend her to you enough!
